KaBoo! is designed to let you play without turning your game table into an advertising profile. This policy explains the information the app and website may handle, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information used by the app
Local game information
The app may store your chosen player name, settings, game progress, paused local table, wins, streaks, and badges on your device. This makes resume and progress features work. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove this local information.
Online and social play
If you use friend lobbies, leaderboards, or other online features, the app may process an account or installation identifier, display name, lobby membership, game state, and verified result or score information. This information is used to connect players, operate the table, prevent conflicting game updates, and display supported social features.
Technical information
Our service providers may process ordinary connection and diagnostic information such as app version, operating system, device category, timestamps, IP address, request logs, and crash or reliability information. We use it to provide, secure, diagnose, and improve KaBoo!.
Website information
The public website can be viewed without creating an account. The support form opens your device's email application; the form itself does not send information to or store information on this website. If you email support, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide.
How information is used

Service providers
KaBoo! uses Firebase services supplied by Google for supported authentication, online lobby, and cloud data features. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own infrastructure and security terms. App distribution platforms may independently process downloads, purchases, diagnostics, and account information under their own privacy policies.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that operate KaBoo!, when you direct us to share it through a game feature, to protect players or the service, or when required by law. Public or friend-facing names and leaderboard entries are visible to the audience indicated by that feature.
Retention and deletion
Local game information remains on your device until the app removes it, you clear it, or you remove the app. Online information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure the relevant feature, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of online information by contacting us. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
Children
KaBoo! is a family-friendly card game, but online and social features should be used with the permission and supervision required by local law and the applicable app store. Do not submit more personal information than is needed to play. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information that should be removed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and feature. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep lobby codes within the group you intend to invite and never send passwords or authentication codes to support.
Your choices
You can play supported local modes without using friend-lobby or leaderboard features. Device and app-store settings may control network, notification, diagnostic, and backup behavior. Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KaBoo! changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel when required.
